Rural and Abandoned

Out past the noise, there are places just sitting quiet — barns, old houses, sheds with half their walls still standing. They weren’t built to be forgotten, but that’s where they ended up.

The wood is soft, the roofs sag, and the paint gave up a long time ago. Some are still in use, barely. Others haven’t seen a person in years. But they all feel like they’ve got something left in them — even if it’s just a reminder of what used to be.
